Identify potential new store locations, optimize product offerings, and conduct feasibility studies considering factors like population density, competition, and transportation costs. Analyze data using statistical methods and financial models to evaluate market potential and project financial performance of new store locations. Interpret data and translate complex findings into clear reports with visualizations to inform management decisions. Develop market entry strategies for new store locations, considering target customer segments and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns for new and existing stores. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing offerings. Contribute to the development of new products and services aligned with market demand. Communicate research findings and recommendations to management through presentations and written reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market research and company-wide expansion strategies. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies for new and existing store locations, leveraging market research insights to target specific customer segments. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners. Track and analyze KPIs for new store launches and marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making. Utilize market research software, databases, and analytical tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data. Maintain proficiency in industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in market research and the kitchen and bathroom remodeling sector. Attend industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Wage Range: $42,390 - $48,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, plus one (1) year of experience as a market research or business analyst, is required.
